Qualifio review: is it the best quiz maker for enterprise brands and contests?

Our verdict

Qualifio is a mature, enterprise-grade platform for quizzes, contests, instant wins and branded games, with the most complete consent and GDPR tooling we have seen in this category. It is built for brands and media groups that run many campaigns across markets. There is no public pricing, no free plan and no self-serve trial, so small teams should look elsewhere.

4.1/5 Best for: multi-brand B2C marketing teams in Europe

Testing note: Qualifio offers no free trial or self-serve access, so we could not test it hands-on ourselves. This review is based on publicly available information: Qualifio’s own product, plans, integrations and privacy pages, its help center, and user ratings on G2 and Capterra, all checked October 1, 2026. We compare it with Woorise, Jebbit and Riddle.

What is Qualifio?

Qualifio is a no-code platform for interactive marketing campaigns: quizzes, polls, contests, instant wins, arcade-style games and reward programs. Its main job is to collect consented first-party and zero-party data and push it into your CRM and marketing stack. Qualifio was founded in Belgium in 2011 and has been part of the Ibexa group since 2023; since February 2026 it is the data-collection module of the Ibexa Orchestration Platform (source). Qualifio says it works with more than 400 brands, including Nestle, L’Oreal, Unilever, RTL and the Daily Mail (source).

Key features

  • 50+ formats: Quizzes and contests, polls, votes and tests, instant wins, user-generated content contests, and arcade games such as memory, puzzles, spot the difference and penalty shoot-outs (source).
  • Data capture and consent: Custom form fields, conditional fields, opt-ins, an age gate, geo-blocking, CAPTCHA and SMS verification.
  • GDPR toolbox: Erasure and portability requests, retention rules, DPO approval of data requests and GDPR logs (source).
  • Integrations: HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce DMP, Adobe Audience Manager, SAP Gigya, Tealium, Piano, Google Analytics, Zapier, webhooks, SSO and an API (source).
  • Prizes and loyalty: Prize and winner management, including drawing winners by answers, plus reward programs and member portals.
  • AI agents (beta): Agents for consent setup, campaign translation and campaign health checks; Qualifio lists general release for January 12, 2027 (source).

Ease of use and interface

Qualifio is a no-code builder with templates, and users rate it well: 4.6/5 from 60 reviews on G2 and 4.3/5 from 42 reviews on Capterra (ease of use 4.2, customer service 4.7). The recurring complaints are a builder with many setup screens, minisite design that is not fully what-you-see-is-what-you-get, and multi-language campaigns that have to be set up as separate campaigns. A Qualifio Academy with video lessons and certification helps new users get going.

Pricing and plans

Qualifio does not publish prices. Both plans are seat-based, scale with the number of markets and brands, and are sold through a demo with the sales team. We found no free plan and no self-serve trial. Plans checked October 1, 2026 on Qualifio’s plans page.

  • Standard: Price on request – from 1 market and 2 brands, 40+ formats, forms with limited opt-ins, embeds and custom URLs, live dashboards, native integrations, prize management and the GDPR toolbox.
  • Advanced: Price on request – from 2 markets and 3 brands, adds advanced formats, unlimited opt-ins, reward programs, custom integrations, advanced permissions, an organizational dashboard and SMS verification.
  • Add-ons: Paid extras such as Campaign Shield and Support Boost (extended support hours and a phone line) (source).

Privacy and support

Qualifio describes itself as “100% European, GDPR compliant by design” and acts as a processor under a data processing agreement, with a DPO reachable at dpo@qualifio.com (source). We could not find a named hosting provider or an ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certificate on its site, and the public privacy policy still dates from 2020. Support runs through a Zendesk help center and tickets in English and French, with extended hours as a paid add-on; reviewers consistently praise the support team.

Pros and cons

Pros
  • 50+ formats, from quizzes to instant wins and arcade games
  • The most complete consent and GDPR toolbox in this category
  • Deep integrations with CRMs, data platforms and analytics tools
  • Strong user ratings for support
Cons
  • No public pricing, free plan or self-serve trial
  • Builder involves many steps; minisite design has limits
  • Each language needs its own campaign
  • No published ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certificate

What’s new in 2026

Recent product updates from Qualifio, last checked October 1, 2026:

  • 2026: Qualifio launched AI agents for consent setup, campaign translation and campaign health checks, in beta until general release on January 12, 2027 (source).
  • February 2026: Qualifio became part of the Ibexa Orchestration Platform, alongside Ibexa DXP, Raptor and Actito (source).
  • November 2025: An age gate, drawing winners by answers, cross-account reporting, accessibility improvements and the paid Campaign Shield and Support Boost add-ons (source).

Final verdict

Qualifio is one of the strongest choices for large B2C brands, media groups and sports clubs that run contests, games and quizzes across several brands and markets, and that care most about consented data and GDPR governance. Its weak spots are price transparency and a heavier builder: there is no public pricing or self-serve trial, so it is out of reach for small teams. For enterprise data-led campaigns it earns 4.1/5; for a self-serve quiz maker with public pricing, look at Woorise, Interact or Riddle.
